These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SeleSera website and any products you purchase from SeleSera. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy before placing an order.
By accessing or using our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm the shipping and billing information you provide is accurate and that you're authorized to use the payment method provided.
We work hard to keep product descriptions, images, and prices accurate, but errors can happen. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit quantities on any product.
Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we accept once payment is processed and the order is confirmed by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors.
Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are not guaranteed — carrier delays, and high-demand periods such as festivals, can affect them. We recommend ordering in advance for celebrations. Risk of loss passes to you once an order is handed to the carrier.
Free standard shipping applies on qualifying orders above ₹999, as shown at checkout; expedited options are available for an added fee.
We can put together custom hamper combinations, add personalized messages, and fulfil bulk and corporate orders. Because these are packed specifically for you:
Standard, ready-made products may be returned within our stated return window if unused and in original packaging with tags attached. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
Custom hampers and bulk orders are final sale except where the item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered — in that case, contact us and we'll make it right.
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized use.
All SeleSera logos, packaging designs, photography, and site content are owned by SeleSera or our licensors and protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, resell, or use our branding or content without written permission.
SeleSera products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SeleSera is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless local consumer law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the revised version here with a new "last updated" date. Continuing to use the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
